Xclusiv Threads started with a handwritten quote, an idea between two best friends, and absolutely no idea what we were doing.

Weston Richey and Chris Hinckley had collected words and quotes throughout their lives that changed perspectives, created action, and helped shape who they were becoming. The idea was simple: what if we could wear the words we live by?

DON’T LET YOUR COMFORT ZONE KILL YOU.

That message became the foundation of our first collection: a hat, a hoodie and two shirts. We designed, sampled, learned and kept going. The first sample was terrible, but seeing something that had only existed in our heads become real changed everything.

Today, Xclusiv Threads creates statement streetwear, athletic apparel and limited collections built around messages that mean something. The clothes are designed to look good, but the words behind them are the reason the brand exists.
